ACEO - Art Card - Mixed Media "White Picket Fence" by artist, Jillian Crider

This ACEO (3.5x2.5") in mixed media sold today on eBay.
It's watercolour with ink (pen & wash), on top of watercolour ground (cold press) by QoR (Golden Artist Paints) - a sketch of a vintage old garden gate with arch and white picket fence. The base is card, with a piece of hand-written text from the late 1800s (ledger).

I've done quite a few ACEOs this way. They really appeal to me in a romantic, whimsical way. But now, this one is winging itself off to a new home in Canada.

My latest ACEO original watercolor painting. Fluffy cat on a doorstep.

Just finished this original watercolor painting. It's an ACEO (sized always at 2.5x3.5"). I love doing art this size, it helps to really concentrate on the essentials.
I was looking at the door of an old building, when I saw I was being watched back. This fluffy cat made a lovely subject for this painting. Thanks for looking!
